What does TempForce do?We are a full-service staffing company that recruits, screens, tests, interviews and matches candidates to the hiring needs of our customers. As the legal employer of record, TempForce is responsible for all employment-related fees and tasks; federal, state and local taxes; unemployment insurance; workers’ compensation insurance; and compliance with the Affordable Care Act legislation. We also strictly adhere to the federal government’s e-Verify program to ensure all employees we hire are eligible to work in the U.S. We charge our clients a flat rate per hour that includes all of the above plus the employee’s hourly compensation.
Where does TempForce find employees?TempForce recruits candidates from the local community and surrounding areas. In some cases, we broaden our search nationally to identify candidates with unique skills or experience. The difference is this: all we do is recruit talent. It is our core business, and it is a full-time job to keep our talent pipeline populated with qualified, highly skilled candidates who can be quickly matched to our customers’ needs.
What if I'm not happy with a candidate you place?TempForce offers a guarantee on all talent placements we make. Typically, we'll check in with you at the end of the first day, and if you're not pleased with our employee, we'll counsel or replace them to ensure your satisfaction. Situations vary, but in every case, our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with all facets of our staffing service, and we'll work diligently to make it right.
What do I need to do to get started?Just call your local TempForce office or submit a staffing request online. A representative will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding our services, processes and fees. To begin, we will need a job description, a list of required skills and an overview of your work environment.
